Running FreeBSD 5.4 on a Compaq Proliant 5000

The main problem is similar to the problem, when trying to install linux... The memory size is not correctly reported by the bios.
When the bootloader shows up, hit 6, to get into the console. Here you can set the memory size. This is done by typing the following instruction:
set hw.physmem="512M"
This is an example for a machine with 512MB memory size. Adapt this value to your memory size.
When the system is installed, add the line 'hw.physmem="512M"' to /boot/loader.conf, so you don't have to type this line at the loader promt every time you reboot the system.
Above all, you've got to set the system type to "Unixware 7" in the Compaq System tools, try playing with this values.

Here is my kernel config and the dmesg output of my machine.
